Palm Bay Club Resort FAQs
Resort Requirements:Minimum rental age requirements for the responsible party is twenty-five (25) years of age. The responsible party must be present at the time of check-in and present in the unit throughout the duration of the stay. Must provide proper proof of age by way of a valid Driver's License or valid Passport and a valid credit card in their name.
There is a 3 night minimum stay. Rates are listed per night. Please add a onetime departure cleaning charge of $45.00+tax (efficiency), $70.00+ tax, (1 bedroom), $85.00+ tax (2 bedroom) OR $110.00+tax (3 bedroom) to each reservation.
The efficiency can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons.
A one bedroom suite can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.
A two bedroom suite can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons.
A three bedroom suite can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons.
Deposit & Cancelation Policy:
A Stay of 13 nights or less: A $300.00 deposit is due at time of reservation. Arrival dates December 1st thru April 30th are NONREFUNDABLE if a reservation is canceled at anytime. Arrival dates May 1st thru November 30th may receive a cancelation refund ONLY IF the reservation is canceled more than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival, less a $50 cancelation fee. The remaining balance is due 30 days PRIOR to arrival date with no refund for early departure, which will be automatically processed with the card on file. Changes: No changes may be made within 90 days of arrival. Adding additional days are subject to availability. Changing units is considered a cancelation and all cancelation policies apply.
A Stay of 14 nights or more: A $500.00 deposit is due at time of reservation. The amount equal to 50% of the total rent is due 90 days prior to arrival and is nonrefundable. Arrival dates December 1st thru April 30th are NONREFUNDABLE if a reservation is canceled at anytime. Arrival dates May 1st thru November 30th may receive a cancelation refund ONLY IF the reservation is canceled more than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival, less a $50 cancelation fee. If canceled within 90 days of arrival, all monies received will be forfeited. The remaining balance is due 30 days PRIOR to arrival with no refund for early departure. Changes: No changes may be made within 90 days of arrival. Adding additional days are subject to availability. Changing units is considered a cancelation and all cancelation policies apply.
In the event of a hurricane; Only under mandatory evacuations, deposits are fully refundable. We highly recommend Trip Insurance.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am. The Palm Bay Office is open daily from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. Security is available after hours for late arrivals and emergencies.
The full remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Once paid, there are no refunds for early departures. We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Certified Checks or Money Orders. Personal checks are not accepted.
The Resort Provides:
Kitchen linens, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, trash liners, hairdryers, and a starter pack for 1 pot of coffee & condiments, along with a 3 ounce bottle of dish detergent, and 1 load worth of dishwasher detergent.
We also provide complimentary bath soap, facial tissue, and toilet paper.
Items to Bring:
Coffee, Coffee Filters, Paper Towels, Dishwasher Detergent, Dish Detergent, Shampoo, Salt and Pepper
For guests staying eight nights or more, there is 1 maid service provided for every 8 nights. For your convenience, there are laundry rooms available for guest use throughout the property. Laundry cards are available at the front desk. Daily towel service is not provided.
Pets are not permitted on property. Exceptions are made for Service Assistance Pets.
Each unit is allowed parking for ONE vehicle only. Parking passes are issued at the time of check-in. Visitor parking may be available and guests must register with front desk. Visitor Passes are NOT available during Spring Break Weeks and Holiday Weeks. Towing is strictly enforced.
Boat Docks Available For Daily Rental of $25 Per Day- Please Contact the Office Directly for Application. Must provide proof of registration & liability insurance.
Boats, Jet Skis, Motor Homes, Trailers, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, or Commercial Vehicles are NOT allowed to be parked in the Palm Bay Club parking lots.
Heavy remodeling in units will not be allowed during season or any Holiday, Saturday, or Sunday. This work is not to start before two weeks after Easter or before May 1st, whichever is later. The work must be completed by November 15th, except in the case of emergency.
During Spring Break we require guests over the age of 2 to wear wristbands at all times. This is to ensure the facilities are reserved for the exclusive use of our paying guests. Guests must be present when the wristbands are issued and the wristbands must be put on at the time of arrival.
Guest wristbands are issued based on the accommodation you reserved. Our efficiency is allowed 2 wristbands. One bedroom units are allowed up to 4 wristbands, 2 bedroom units are allowed up to 6 wristbands and 3 bedroom units are allowed up to 8 wristbands.Guests must be present when the wristbands are issued and the wristbands must be put on at the time of their arrival.
Visitors must also wear wristbands and are allowed on property from 8 am to 10 pm. There is a limit of 4 visitor wristbands per unit at one time. In the event that you have different guests visiting over the course of your stay, the old must be cut off and returned before new are issued. Guests must be present when the wristbands are issued and the wristbands must be put on at the time of their arrival.
Due to a full house and limited number of parking spaces, we do not allow visitor parking during Spring Break and major holidays with high occupancy. There is a strict ONE CAR PER UNIT. There will be NO visitor parking passes issued.
