Check-In Information

A $300.00 Deposit is required at the time of reservation.
The full remaining balance is due upon arrival. We gladly accept MasterCard and Visa. Personal Checks are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
Arrival dates May 1st through November 30th may receive a cancellation refund if the reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival date.
Deposit is Non- Refundable for all other arrival dates. If reservation is cancelled for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.
In the event of a hurricane, voluntary or mandatory evacuations, deposits are fully refundable. We recommend Trip Insurance.
 
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is at 10:00 am.  
The Palm Bay Office hours are Monday – Saturday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. The office is closed on Sunday, except during the months of December through April. Security is available after hours for late arrivals and emergencies.
 
Pets are not permitted on property. Exceptions are made for Service Assistance Pets.
 
Each unit is allowed parking for one vehicle only. Parking passes are issued at the time of check-in. Visitor parking may be available and guests must register with front desk. Visitor Passes are NOT available during Spring Break Weeks and Holiday Weeks. Towing is strictly enforced.
 
Boats, Jet Skies, Motor Homes, Trailers, Motorcycles, or Commercial Vehicles are not allowed to be parked in the Palm Bay Club Parking lots.
 
Maid Service is provided one day a week for guests that will be staying for eight (8) nights or more. For your convenience, there is a laundry room located on each floor that is available for guest use.  Laundry cards may be obtained at the front desk.
Daily towel service is not provided.
