Exciting News for the Palm Bay Club Owners and Guests
We are beginning Elevator Modernization on all our property Elevators starting with the Tower on February 27th, 2023. Elevator #2 in the Tower will begin approximately April 24th, 2023, and Tower should be complete by August 25st, 2023.
Clubs Section Modernization starts approximately October 30th 2023 and is expected to be completed by March 4th, 2024.
Bayside Section Elevator Modernization starts approximately August 28th, 2023 and is expected to be completed by October 27th, 2023.
