This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Bayside corner suite comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. This is a unique second floor end unit surrounded by large windows in a bright and roomy 1300 sq.ft. living area with no common walls, and
appointed with ceramic tiled floors throughout.

The living room features new (2019) comfortable leather reclining seating and a 55” Smart HDTV. HD cable TV service includes complementary HBO, secure high speed Wi-Fi internet and owner added upgrades including whole home DVR, Blu-ray DVD player, and Bluetooth capable home theater surround sound system.

The kitchen is equipped with all new (2019) full-sized stainless steel appliances; refrigerator plus ice maker, electric range, microwave oven and dishwasher. Cabinets are well stocked with kitchen essentials-pots/pans, dishes, utensils, and glassware. Convenient small appliances include blender, citrus juicer, hand mixer, small food processor, toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine as well as a standard coffee maker. The open kitchen with ample counter space is furnished with three upholstered counter seats, and is adjacent to the dining area with an expandable table and generous seating for 6.

Two similarly sized bedrooms, one king and two full, are well appointed for guest comfort, and feature gel memory foam mattresses, large screen TVs with DVR, and ceiling fans. Each bedroom has adjoining bathroom with a single sink, and shower/tub combination, and a large walk-in closet. Sleeping options are expanded in the spacious living room with a new (2019) queen cabinet bed and a twin La-Z-Boy sleeper chair.

The covered patio balcony is furnished with chairs and side table to relax and enjoy the warm tropical breezes. Guests may access the covered patio balcony from either set of sliding doors leading from the living room or double bedroom. A new high efficiency HVAC system was installed September 2017.

Elevator and guest laundry facilities are centrally located within the condo building. Guest parking is conveniently provided adjacent to the condo.

Bayside amenities are situated along the serene intercoastal waterway and include waterfront pool with poolside lounge chairs, tables and grills, a relaxing 20 person spa hot tub, fishing pier and boat dock.

Beachside amenities are easily accessed by a short walk to the gulf side of the resort. A signaled crosswalk directly in front of the property leads guests of the Bayside safely across Midnight Pass Road to the Palm Bay Club Gulfside, where guests access private beach amenities and the white powdery sand of Siesta Key’s famous Crescent beach. Exclusive beachfront amenities include chairs/lounges, picnic shelters and grills. Shade tents and cabana lounge chairs are available for daily and weekly rental.

Guests have full access to a brand new (2019) fitness center, a second pool, and two lighted hard court tennis courts all located near the concierge center of the resort.
