Due to the neighboring overgrown Sea Grapes there are no views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condominium. Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulfs warm waters. The units living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a 48" flat screen TV with Direct TV service. The bedroom has two queen beds with a 32" flat screen TV. The Sarasota County Fire Code calls for a four person maximum. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker and also a Keurig machine. The condo has tile in the common areas and laminate flooring in the bedroom. Patio is enclosed with sliding windows so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes.
