Unit 52- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom fully renovated Gulf Front condo is located on the 5th floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with 1 king-size bed with a 42" flat screen TV with HD service. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout and has a 50" flat screen TV in the living room with HD service for your enjoyment as well as a Queen size sofa bed. It is beautifully furnished with an incorporated balcony with windows which allows you to enjoy the amazing coastal breezes from the Gulf of Mexico.

Love this Condo so much! You walk in the door & the view and front of the condo faces the ocean and beach! Beautiful! Great to watch the sunset!! It’s very tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a great vacation! Very quiet, clean and comfortable condo! The bed slept very comfortably too! We plan to be back soon!
A truly enjoyable vacation – responsive, caring, friendly, capable – every team member from the GM, office staff, security, beach, service , ..were always very supportive and responsive.Some rental units can still benefit from upgrading, kitchens – appliances , bathroom shower and fixtures, furniture, and modernization.Highly recommend .
We enjoyed our stay so much. We rented a cabana for a few days and didn’t realize we could use the chairs and then rent an umbrella. I would recommend this place The kitchen had every thing we needed and that view was awesome
