Unit 62- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom fully renovated Gulf front condo is located on the 6th floor of our Grand Tower Building. The full view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit, which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds and a 43" flat screen TV . The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile throughout and also has a 55" TV in the living room with Direct TV service as well. It is beautifully furnished with an open balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico which will make your stay a memorable one.

This was my third stay at the Palm Bay Club. I love the amount of security with the codes needed to enter the complex, tower, and condo. Security guys present on complex as well. It is the perfect place for solo vacationers. The Tower 62 was so beautiful and comfy. It was like a home away from home. The balcony was lovely to sit on and see and listen to the ocean in the evening. I loved the sconces in the bedroom that can be dimmed for nightlights. The two office gals are so friendly and welcoming. The beach gal, Jasen, is like a “breath of fresh air.” She is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I looked forward to seeing her each morning as I entered the beach. She certainly does well in taking Carter’s place as he was exceptional as well! Then there is Bob, the elderly security guy who I related to well, as I am older too. He was very quick to solve an issues, and was welcoming as well. Like I mentioned before, Palm Bay Club is a home away from home for me!
