Unit 72- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. This newly renovated, one bedroom one bathroom gulf front condo is located on the seventh floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf's warm waters. The unit's living room, dining room and patio areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV with HD service for your enjoyment. The bedroom has two queen size beds and a 42" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is equipped with a grab bar. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee machine and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. The windows open also so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes.

It was our first time on Siesta Key and I think we made a great voice with the Palm Bay Resort. The entire facility was well kept, the beach area was the best looking, and our condo was great. We will be back!
the room was great and check in was easy
The location and views from this condo are unbeatable. The check-in process was easy and the office staff were so kind and welcoming. I also, as a solo traveler, felt very secure here. Multiple places where a security code was required, and for the most part, security on the beach, particularly in the morning-lunch time hours. The condo was clean and comfortable- although I would not call it "renovated". The living room furniture was not as pictured at all. There was a regular sofa and recliner that was stuck in the reclined position 😉 . The stove, microwave and dishwasher were new, but the rest of the condo is a little aged, particularly the tv's, bathroom, kitchen area and flooring. I was torn between choosing a more updated condo with a side view, or this condo with the ocean view, and the view won. I had a lovely stay, but would not want someone else to think they were getting a freshly renovated / updated condo. Beach location and beautiful sand- the best though…. loved the resort overall.
