This was our first (but won't be the last!) stay at Palm Bay Club and it did not disappoint! The convenience of walking straight out the door and to the beach (we stayed in the tower) is hard to beat. We loved being able to not only enjoy the easy beach access, but also a short walk to enjoy the bay views as well. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, especially the security staff. (Although, don't be fooled if the night security tells you there's not after hours check in! While I did have a moment of panic after a long day of travel, he was so friendly and helpful!) I only gave 4 stars due to some confusion with after-hours check in and slight disappointment in the balcony. I was sent instructions for after-hours check in, but thankfully we ran into security right away, otherwise I would have not known how to get onto the property. The office is at the front of the property before the gate and wasn't well lit, so I was under the impression it was in our building and wasn't sure where to go. Also, this is no fault of Palm Bay Club management but more due to building design, I was disappointed in our tower balcony. It's enclosed and even though you can open it, there's no breeze and it's very stuffy and musty. Also, because the wall cuts the window horizontally, if you want to sit on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful view, all you see is the wall. Overall, a great stay!
