Unit 91- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This newly renovated two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the ninth floor of our Grande Tower Building. The amazing gulf views from this unit allow you to enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Possibly sighting a manatee, or the dolphins playing in the surf. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The large living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV with Direct TV service for your enjoyment The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan kitchen has granite counter tops and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled. The comfortably furnished enclosed patio with sliding windows, allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

First, I want to compliment the staff on their customer service. Everyone was friendly and happy to help. All that I can say about the condo is WOW! The view is like no other place I have stayed. It was clean and stocked with plenty of towels. We didn't use the kitchen much but it had updated appliances and plenty of room. The beach chairs were delivered to us and picked up by the staff. I would highly recommend staying at the Palm Bay Club.
The views are spectacular and the condo is very comfortable. This was our third visit and we made a reservation for another week in 2027. There were a few housekeeping issues but nothing worth mentioning since we were very happy with our stay. A few maintenance issues that should be attended to ie: trim below windows in guest bedroom hanging (it will only get worse), some kind of worm or larvae found in the master bath shower where the rubber trim is failing. All in all we had a wonderful time and we'll see you again next year.
