This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, completely renovated condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. This unit requires a seven night minimum stay, no exceptions. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. The nicely decorated master and guest bedroom has a king size bed with 32" flat screen TVs. There is also an additional sleeping area that furnishes a set of built-in twin bunk beds. The dining and living rooms are combined to keep the wide open feeling of the unit and is also equipped with a large 55" flat screen TV with FIOS HD TV service. The lovely master bathroom has a walk in shower with a bench and the guest bathroom has a convenient shower/tub combination. This is a washer and dryer in the condo as an added bonus. The spacious kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances as well as an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. The screened in patio has allows you to enjoy our beautiful tropical breezes.

We have rented at Palm Bay several times, twice in Unit 169 and twice in the tower unit 41. Both units are spotless and a complete delight to vacation in. The condos have every convenience one could need, the grounds are kept beautifully and the staff helpful, friendly, and keep a close eye on security. The beach and available accommodations from chairs to umbrellas make it a true paradise. Palm Bay is our favorite place to stay in Siesta.
We have been to Palm Bay Club over 10 times, and this unit is now our favorite unit. The renovation work that has been done is very smart. Essentially this is now a 3-bedroom unit with the bunk room that was created, and the fact that there is laundry in-unit is a bonus. Well kept and beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
I have vacationed at Palm Bay more than 10 years and enjoyed every minute. All of the staff and workers are outstanding and make the visit so enjoyable. I will continue to vacation there!!!
We rented during Christmas time. We stayed in the 169 Club Corner condo. The place was recently updated and was completely redone. The condo is actually a 3 bedroom place, although the 3rd bedroom was small. The unit has a washer and dryer, which was a must for our family. The location was perfect. The entire complex was clean and very family friendly. We were surprised how much the complex provided. Beach chairs, towels, and plenty of games and toys were included!
