This comfy unit was newly renovated in 2026. This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. There is a four-night minimum stay for this unit. The Bay side of the property has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills and dock for fishing or boat watching. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of the property which has another pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, shuffleboard and our white sandy beach. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed with 2 twin size beds. Both bedrooms have a 50" wall mounted flat screen TV while the living room has a 65" mounted flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos. The Master Bedroom walk-in closet has a washer dryer combo unit. The spacious kitchen with new stainless appliances is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Our family loves The Palm Bay club overall. The beach is the best, and we love the pools and other amenities. This particular unit was great. The decor was beautiful, the place was super clean, and we loved being so close to the bay. Seeing the Bay from our patio was beautiful each morning.
This is an extremely comfortable condo to stay in. We loved the ability to have coffee and view the bay from your patio. We also enjoyed the resurfacing of the Tennis / Pickleball Courts. The only complaint we had, which is really out of anyone's control, is that being so close to the pool, there was a lot of noise from large groups being at the pool up through 11PM. We would definitely consider this unit again. We look forward to the next opportunity we have to return to The Palm Bay Club!
We found the condo as described. It was clean and came with the basics needed for a few night stay- toliet paper, kleenex, dish soap, etc. There were even a few "extras" like games, books, beach umbrella, chairs, cooler, sand toys. They were very convenient! Also, we found out the complex provided beach chairs but they are first come first serve. There is another company right next to the free ones that you can rent cabanas, tents, umbrellas and oak chairs.
We had a great week.
This was a great property for my family. It was exactly as described. The home was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beach and the ocean were beautiful. The ladies at the lobby for the Palm Bay Club were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They recommended a restaurant, Spearfish Grille, which we absolutely loved. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!
