This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a 24" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds with a 40" flat screen TV. The Master bathroom has a bath tub and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. The spacious living room is equipped with a 40" flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking – pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. This condo also comes equipped with a stack-able washer/dryer. The condo has new wood flooring throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Great location and value for the money. Staff was very helpful. The kitchen was adequately stocked along with various beach items included in storage/utility closet. Having property beach chairs was very convenient.
there are not regular doors on the bathrooms. The door on the guest bedroom bath was rusted and fell off the track all the time. Very frustrating. You could not move in the master bed without hearing the headboard bang on the wall. Very frustrating. There were cheerios and chex mix all over the area rug when we got there. says well stocked but there were just pieces of things in the storage closet-like spike ball base but no ball. I expect more for over 00 dollars a week. Would not stay at
We rented a condo at Palm Bay Club for three nights after staying for a while on Anna Maria Island. We loved the private beach access from the condo unit. Also, the free buses to night life was great. We also enjoyed the pool. We would recommend this unit to others.
