We are taking extreme measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19. We are sanitizing and cleaning our pool and beach chairs several times daily. The office, condos, and commons areas on the property are thoroughly being sanitized for the safety of our owners and guests. We have always taken top priority in the cleanliness of our condos, even more so we are performing extra measures to comply with the state and CDC guidelines.
Face masks are mandatory in Sarasota at public places such as stores and restaurants. While on property masks are to be worn in the front office, elevators and common areas where social distance isn't possible.
We are expecting all reservations at this time. Our current cancellation policy holds in effect, however if we were to experience another shut down by our Governor the funds taken will be refundable.
