There is a Credit Card Processing Fee of 3% on the room + tax charges. Rates do not include the 12% sales tax.
A one bedroom suite can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.
A two bedroom suite can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons.
A three bedroom suite can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Minimum rental age requirements for the responsible party is twenty-five (25) years of age. The responsible party must be present at the time of check-in and present in the unit throughout the duration of the stay. Must provide proper proof of age by way of a valid Driver's License or valid Passport and a valid credit card in their name. Must have signed Glad to Have You Contract on file in order to retain reservation.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
A 25% down payment is due at time of booking. A second down payment in the amount equal to 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival date. Remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date it is due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
A $200.00 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations cancelled. If reservations are cancelled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival, the funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 cancellation fee. If reservations are cancelled within 30 days of arrival date the funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If reservations are cancelled the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be forfeited. Adding additional days are subject to availability. Changes: No changes may be made within 90 days of arrival. Adding additional days are subject to availability.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is at 10:00 am. The Palm Bay Office is open daily, including holidays, from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. The office is closed for lunch from 12:30-1:00, daily. Security is available after hours for late arrivals and emergencies. The full remaining balance is due upon 30 days PRIOR to arrival. Once paid, there are no refunds for early departures. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Personal Checks are not accepted. Check-in time is subject to change during peak seasons.
Pets are not permitted on property. Please contact the Front Office regarding required documentation for Service Animals. All documentation for Service Animals must be provided to the Front Office prior to the guest scheduled arrival date.
Rates are subject to change at any time.
Each unit is allowed parking for one vehicle only. Parking passes are issued at the time of check-in. If you do not have a car as a primary vehicle you will be allowed to rent a golf cart as a primary vehicle only, no visitors are allowed golf carts. Parking Passes must be displayed in the vehicle or golf cart at all times. All visitor parking may be available and guests must register with Front Desk. Visitor Passes are NOT available during Spring Break Weeks and Holiday Weeks. Towing is strictly enforced. Boats, Jet Skis, Motor Homes, Trailers, Motorcycles, Scooters and Commercial Vehicles are not allowed to be parked in the Palm Bay Club parking lots. Heavy remodeling season starts on May 1st- November 15th, except in the case of an emergency. Remodeling can be done Monday through Friday from 9 AM- 5 PM, excluding holidays. This is the time of the year that the owners are able to make upgrades so we can continue to offer premium accommodations.
